With this 1-meter cable transfer data via Thunderbolt 5 (with speeds up to 120 Gbps),¹ via Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4 and USB 4 (up to 80 Gbps) and via USB 3 (up to 10 Gbps). It is also compatible with DisplayPort 2.1 video peripherals and charging up to 240W. It has a black braided coating and wraps without twisting.
You can use it to connect a Mac with a Thunderbolt 3, 4 or 5 (USB-C) port to Thunderbolt (USB-C) and USB monitors and devices, such as Studio Display, Pro Display XDR, docks and external drives, and also to connect iPhone and iPad models with USB-C to the Mac.
